Maintenance works in The Northern Tower business centre of Managing Company “R7 Group” in October-November 2013.

The Managing Company “R7 Group” report on maintenance works conducted in the building of The Northern Tower business center in October-November 2013.

Works carried out:

• filters in the air-supply units were replaced after the autumn operating period;
• all electrical air curtains were switched on;
• repair works on the lightning systems, façade systems, sealing and glass replacement are being carried out;
• the input-exhaust ventilation system was brought into operation;
• decoration materials in some of the parking areas were replaced.
