Paid parking
The residents and visitors of the Northern Tower business center can leave their car at the covered parking.
The first hour of parking will cost 250 rubles. Then there is a 15-minute billing (every 15 minutes – 63 rubles).
Simple and clear payment by card through the parking meter is available, which is located at the exit counter in front of the 2nd floor barrier.

Parking for carsharing Yandex.Drive
Customers of the Yandex.Drive car-sharing service can leave their rented car at the covered parking of the Northern Tower business center absolutely free of charge.
How to get to the parking lot?
- Yandex.Drive branded cars can enter the parking lot.
- If there is no pasting, then the security will ask you to show the application in case you arrived in a business class car.
To get to the parking lot on the -2 floor and back, you need to use the intercom located at the 2nd entrance of the Northern Tower business center.
